Principles Relating to the Processing of Personal Data

Revocation of Authorization for Processing – at any time, the Data Subject may revoke the authorization that he/she has given, without prejudice to the fact that TELMO DUARTE, S.A. may still process such data when:

  • They have been collected within the scope of the conclusion of a contract;
  • They are necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations;
  • They are essential to prove transactions;
  • They are necessary within the scope of actions to defend and/or protect the rights of TELMO DUARTE, S.A., its Customers and/or Users.

In any case, the Revocation of Authorization for Processing will have, at least, the effect of expressing the will to oppose any type of processing that does not fall within the exceptions referred to above.
